Responsibilities Include Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission of serving the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol For Full-Time status, maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Other meaningful responsibilities as determined by the clinic Required Qualifications And Skills Registered with DORA as a licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid Colorado license Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete documentation of services in a timely manner Comfort working with a diverse client base Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with mental health documentation The Employee Experience The growth of Ellie - Colorado Springs offers ongoing opportunities.
