The Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, enhancement, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, with a primary focus on SAP FI/CO. This role partners with Finance and IT teams to support financial processes, system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements while ensuring reliable and efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
Support Finance functions including Tax, Treasury, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Group Reporting.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Perform configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), documentation, and production support.
Support Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Concur integrations.
Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and post-go-live support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve production issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of SAP FI/CO configuration and support experience.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and at least one full lifecycle implementation.
Working knowledge of SAP FI-CA is preferred.
Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Close (AFC), VIM, P2P, and Concur is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
