Practice Info Comprehensive, clinically focused, research-driven, and rapidly evolving subspecialty program Over 25,000 pediatric patients, including 1,500 with diabetes 8 active clinical trials Multidisciplinary team includes 6 Pediatric Endocrinologists, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), 1 Dedicated Research Coordinator, 1 Area Manager and Research Manager, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (CDCES), Registered Dietitians Embedded care coordination and population health support, including the weight management program, PENS team (Pediatric Endocrine and Nutrition Services), and multidisciplinary diabetes team Team emphasizes shared decision-making, Physician-APC dyad leadership, mutual respect, and long-term sustainability Compensation Salary range: $275,000 - $275,000 /Yr.
