Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Senior Pharmaceutical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fladger Associates Client is seeking a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer with strong experience in HDI PCB Design, and blind and buried vias. The engineer will help develop cutting-edge embedded hardware systems with our client in the Lehi area. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment and bring deep expertise in high-density PCB design. Skills and Requirements BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience designing electronics hardware 5+ years of HDI PCB design/layout experience with complex stack-up configurations Experience with blind and buried vias Expertise in mixed-signal circuit design Proficiency in Altium Designer and experience with Altium 365 Workspaces Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic/protocol analyzers Familiarity with interfaces: USB, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, ADC, DAC Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Ability to anticipate firmware integration needs during hardware development Strong documentation, planning, and communication skills Key Responsibilities Develop and test embedded hardware systems Create and maintain HDI and non-HDI PCB designs in Altium Designer Troubleshoot, integrate, and verify hardware functionality Participate in peer reviews across engineering teams Document design decisions and testing outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment Work closely with external partners like contract manufacturers and PCB vendors Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Fladger Associates
