What You'll Do Build, execute, and own a strategic sales plan that grows revenue and expands market share Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of sales professionals Drive accountability, coaching, and consistent high performance Cultivate long‑standing client partnerships through a consultative approach Spot market trends, competitor shifts, and emerging opportunities Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that support sales initiatives Analyze sales data, forecasts, and pipeline trends to guide decision‑making Represent James Imaging at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities What You Bring Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in office technology or a related B2B industry Track record of driving the full sales cycle— from planning to close Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience coaching, developing, and motivating successful sales teams High business acumen and understanding of technology solutions CRM proficiency + strong MS Office Suite skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Why James Imaging?
