Job Details

• Schedule: Evening shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, accepting 36 or 48 hours per week, including holidays and every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama or a Compact license (no temporary licenses accepted); associate degree in nursing; certifications including American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); 2 years of experience preferred but will consider 18 months if working under the highest level of professional license; at least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed. Timesheet approver is designated as Lacey Dice. The position is patient-facing and not remote, with a clinical focus. EMR system used is Meditech. Scrub color is solid navy. Parking is available.
