Downtown Orlando & Tuskawilla | Full-Time | Coaching + Business Leadership Role We're seeking a driven and dynamic Studio Manager / Lead Instructor to lead one of our FS8 locations. This is a dual-role position—ideal for someone who loves being on the mic just as much as they love owning KPIs and team performance. At FS8, we fuse functional training, Pilates, and yoga-style movement into one transformative experience. We're looking for a leader who can deliver world-class sessions , build an empowered studio team, and grow the business from the inside out. What You’ll Do: Coach exceptional FS8 sessions across reformer, mat, and movement-based formats Manage daily studio operations : team scheduling, member experience, and cleanliness standards Drive lead generation, sales conversions, and membership retention Hire, mentor, and develop a team of FS8 instructors Monitor performance metrics and hit studio KPIs Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and movement-focused community ✅ You’re a Fit If You: Are certified in Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, or Personal Training Have 1–2+ years of leadership or studio management experience Are confident coaching with a mic and delivering polished sessions Are proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented Love connecting with members, solving problems, and getting things done Bonus: You’ve worked in boutique fitness, wellness, or high-touch customer service environments What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance bonuses Complimentary FS8 + F45 membership Ongoing training and leadership development A culture that rewards hustle, heart, and integrity Growth opportunities across multiple locations and brands By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
