Tops and Trends, Inc. the leading certified automotive Restyler in the Southeast is seeking a highly enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated administrative team player for our Raleigh office's customer service team.

Tops and Trends provides automotive dealerships and retail consumers a comprehensive array of products and services including leather interiors, power sunroofs, vehicle electronics, convertible top and sunroof repair, truck accessories, automotive, commercial and marine upholstery, electronic repair, window tinting, graphics and more.

Successful candidates will bring a can do attitude and be well organized, efficient and able to multi-task. Strong communication and problem solving skills along with proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites are required. Candidates should have an exceptional work ethic and accountability and the ability to provide high level customer service and satisfaction. 3+ years of prior customer service experience or equivalent required.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phone system
• Ability to assess customer needs, provide quotes and schedule work
• Coordinating work flows between sales and production
• Data entry into our HubSpot CRM
• Schedule inbound and outbound vehicle deliveries
• Perform customer service functions to support wholesale and retail customers
• Ability to be hands on and work in a fast paced environment
• Assist with quality control and final inspections
