Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead daily operations for a well-known brand, full-service casual dining restaurant. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance
• Lead, train, coach, and develop staff
• Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns
• Manage labor, food, and operating costs to meet financial goals
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and licensing requirements
• Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and operational metrics to improve performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage operations
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Food safety certification preferred
