COMPENSATION
• Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• All hours are paid at the same hourly rate, including:
• Billable time
• Non-billable time
• Administrative time

Our client is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead and grow their Pediatric Physical Therapy Program while working alongside a highly collaborative team of healthcare professionals. This is an outstanding opportunity for a therapist seeking leadership, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental and physical disabilities, including autism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the Pediatric Physical Therapy Program and patient caseload.
• Evaluate and assess children with movement disorders, developmental delays, and physical disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals.
• Help children improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education, training, and support to non-PT professionals and caregivers.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, functional training, adaptive equipment, and evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Participate in leadership initiatives, program development, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for improving the lives of children and supporting families.
