This position is responsible for providing licensed nursing services to residents, following the guidelines provided by Senior Lifestyle Corporation./pp$35.00 Hour starting pay!/ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliResponsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines./liliMay be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation./liliResponsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans./liliMay be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director./liliProvide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community./liliNotify physicians and/or family members of any change in residents health and provides proper documentation./liliRespond quickly to all emergencies./liliMaintain close communication with all departments and staff members./liliProvide educational meetings for residents and staff./liliMaintain confidentiality of residents and prospective residents information./liliMay be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongLevel of Formal Education:/strong Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program strongArea of Study:/strong General nursing strongYears of Experience:/strong 1+ years strongType of Experience:/strong Senior care or related field strongSpecial Certifications:/strong Must have a Licensed Practical Nurses License current in the state in which they are practicing.
