Provide organizational and substantive support to attorneys within the Business Restructuring and Insolvency Group (BRIG) Assist in the factual development and analysis of cases Prepare hearing agendas, proofs of claim, and attorney fee applications Conduct Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and real property searches Support the preparation of court filings, including cite- and fact-checking briefs, ensuring Bluebook compliance, proofreading, and assembling exhibits and appendices; assist with depositions as needed Coordinate appraisals for real and personal property Attend and support court hearings Draft attorney fee applications and compile supporting documentation Perform judgment searches Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of four years of relevant experience in bankruptcy and restructuring preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Strong sense of accountability, with a proactive approach to ownership and problem-solving Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure Strong research, analytical, and data synthesis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet client and business demands Willingness to travel as required Benefits The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package starting on your first day. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
