You’ll Have

Essential Duties
- Operate various production machines will learning to set-up and troubleshoot each, including: grinders, beltsanders, presses, and basic CNC machines, etc.
- Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently. Move parts bins on and off pallets.
- Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools.
- Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work.
- Accurately record production into computer.
- Participate in continual improvement teams and activities.
- Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping.
- Very reliable and punctual work attendance.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent plus hands-on mechanical aptitude and skills.
- Experience in manufacturing ideal but any mechanically related experience with basic math skills may qualify.
- Must be able to understand spoken and written English well; bilingual Spanish ideal.
- We're willing to train. So must be self-motivated and strongly committed to building a manufacturing career through high energy, attentiveness, a positive attitude, and desire to continuously improve.
- Must be able to easily adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and continuously improve performance.
- Outstanding reliable and punctual attendance - We have a great 2nd shift team and want only those committed to contributing daily.
- Physically capable of lifting, turning, bending walking, standing, reaching.
Credentials Needed: Any mechanical skills with the commitment and reliability to build a manufacturing career.
