Commercial Cleaning Operations Brand Manager in Charlotte

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Operations Brand Manager to lead daily operations, oversee field performance, and strengthen brand standards across multiple client accounts. This Part-Time position combines operations management, franchisee development, customer relationship management, and brand execution to ensure consistent service excellence and long-term client retention. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in training and mentoring within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service industry. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Ensure all client accounts meet company quality, safety, and brand standards Conduct routine inspections and quality assurance audits Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and performance metrics Coordinate supply management, and service delivery Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Anago Unit Franchisees. Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture Monitor Franchisee performance and provide corrective action and recognition when necessary Support employee retention and ongoing development initiatives Serve as primary point of contact for Anago Unit Franchisees Client & Brand Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial clients Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally Ensure all Unit Franchisees represent the Anago brand with professionalism and consistency Help implement branding, customer experience, and service improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial management, facilities management, or service operations leadership Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Experience managing multiple accounts, sites, or territories Ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-paced environments Proficiency with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Skills Bilingual communication skills are a plus Experience with quality control inspections and compliance standards Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures Customer service and relationship management expertise Strong time management and multitasking capabilities Compensation & Benefits Part-Time position (20-30hrs per week) Flexible schedule Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses and growth opportunities Vehicle allowance Paid training and professional development About Us Anago Cleaning Systems, established in 1989, is a family-owned and privately held franchise brand with locations across the U.S. and Canada.
