About the Role:

JAIMES AGENCY LLC is looking for a driven and personable Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and/or commercial lines
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
• Follow up on quotes, applications, and policy changes in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems

Requirements:

• Active Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
• Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to serve the El Paso community effectively
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or agency management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
