Senior Product Designer As a Senior Product Designer on our team, you'll help shape the future of decentralized finance for individuals and businesses across the world. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive, user-centered experiences across our platform. You'll take ownership of the design process from research to execution, leading UX and UI work across key initiatives. If you're excited about building the future of finance on a small, high impact team, this is the role for you! What you will do: Collaborate with the head of product & design to create user-centered designs for web and mobile app platforms. Craft experiences that meet changing legal requirements, delivering compliant yet delightful flows under tight timelines. Collaborate with our Go-To-Market team on our brand and website experience. Assist in user research, competitor audits, and testing sessions to identify insights and opportunities. Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
