Ambulatory Care PharmacistHealth System setting.Monday - Friday, day-shift positionAmbulatory Care Pharmacy duties:Direct care of patientsEducation of physicians and staff regarding clinical informationImplementation of clinical programs that involve patients/ drug therapy.Responsible for managing the selection and utilization of pharmaceuticals and supports core clinical programs such as DUR, DIS and formulary management.Great opportunity to work at a Progress health system in Portland.Ideal candidate: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. Prior Ambulatory Care experience or PGYI. Active OR pharmacist license or ability to obtain.Relocation assistance available.
