The role requires strong neuro skills and participation in team conferences to support patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Rehabilitation - Travel

• Provide care for neuro, neurosurgery, amputation, and multi-trauma patients
• Participate in team conferences for acute inpatient rehab
• Float to LTAC/med-surg areas as required
• Work with PT/OT/ST teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Utilize EPIC for charting and QRP documentation
• Adhere to rotational weekend and holiday schedules

Requirements of the RN - Rehabilitation - Travel

• Active IL RN license or confirmation of license application process
• BLS certification
• Strong neuro skills and experience with complex medical conditions
