QC Quality Control Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )

• Collect raw material and finished product samples, perform quality testing, and accurately document results.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections, production floor audits, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Operate laboratory equipment, review batch records, and assist with product release after qualification.

QC Quality Control Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with food quality systems, HACCP/PCQI principles, or quality control in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to understand safety instructions in English and have basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work safely in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
