Process Auditor

SummaryThe Quality Auditor is responsible for the overall quality of the Product being produced i.e. Trailers, Wiring Harness, etc. This person ensures that all options and functions are checked and operating correctly along with ensuring the Product meets the cosmetic criteria.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLook at the overall cosmetic quality and presence of required components of the Product AssemblyAduit specific processes to ensure product parameters are being metPerform a full functional test on the Product i.e. Wiring Harness, etc.Ensure all options are in the Product in accordance with the Order/Bill of MaterialRecord all data into Quality Tracking SystemAudit various Sub-Assemblies or other processes, as assignedBe able to work in all areas of the factory to audit the productOther duties may be assigned to ensure quality of the product#MalibuBoatsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsReasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
