We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Parts and Service teams.
• Serve as a liaison between Maintenance and Operations departments across all markets to facilitate effective communication.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of repair orders and related documentation.
• Facilitate day-to-day operational communications between field operations and maintenance functions.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.
• Promote and exemplify company values through adherence to policies and professional conduct.
• Assist in reporting and data management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in an automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment service environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of labor hours and associated costs to support accurate tracking, reporting, and budget alignment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams); advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Ability to move around the office to file documents, retrieve supplies, or assist with clerical tasks.
• Occasional bending, reaching, and standing as needed.
