Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facility operations (maintenance, repairs, renovations)
Manage vendors and contractors (quotes, agreements, performance)
Lead and develop facilities staff
Handle budgeting, costs, and facility services (security, cleaning, parking, etc.)
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
Manage building security and access systems
Respond quickly to facility issues and employee requests

Skills and Requirements

Experience in facilities management or operations (leadership preferred)

Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and construction workflows

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and facility management tool Bachelor’s degree or certifications (CFM/FMP) are a plus

Experience in Yardi is a major plus
