Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with critically ill patients and be committed to maintaining high standards in nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Assess patients' needs, plan and implement appropriate nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Document all aspects of patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and expected outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• Two years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Experience in dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred.
