Job Summary: We are seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to work in our vibrant rehabilitation center, providing expert care to our patients with a variety of needs and goals. As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop customized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, including exercises, education, and home programs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in patient-centered care conferences and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program
• Current licensure in the state of Florida as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
