Assistant Property Manager - Rentals

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout New York City. This role will work closely with property management, building staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure properties are operating efficiently and resident needs are addressed promptly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of a portfolio of NYC residential rental properties.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, service requests, and building-related issues.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor access.
- Work closely with supers, building staff, contractors, and outside vendors.
- Assist with apartment turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on outstanding maintenance items.
- Assist with lease administration, tenant documentation, and property records.
- Track violations, work orders, and other building-related matters.
- Support Property Managers with special projects and general portfolio administration.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
