HR Generalist

Job Description We are seeking a hands on Human Resources Generalist to support HR Managers across multiple locations in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on employee relations support, HR operations, compliance, and manager training in both union and nonunion environments. What you will do: Support employee relations issues and investigations Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries Prepare job change letters and maintain job descriptions Review background check results Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends Track compliance training and certifications Maintain accurate employee records Train new managers on HR processes Support compensation, benefits, leave, and performance processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
