Senior Java Full Stack Developer - AI, Microservices

Salary: $86,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience with Java 8, 11, or 17; Spring Boot; and microservices
• Skills in REST APIs, Hibernate, and JPA
• Front-end experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Kafka experience; familiarity with MQ or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and SonarQube
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, and exposure to AWS
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong hands-on development skills and ability to lead technical delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Banking, capital markets, or payments experience is preferred
• Experience with cloud-native architectures is preferred
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf is preferred
• Exposure to Splunk, Dynatrace, or ELK monitoring tools is preferred
• Senior-level full-stack Java experience spanning microservices, Kafka, Angular or React, cloud, and DevOps; AI/GenAI and RDBMS skills are also required

• Develop and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Build and maintain REST APIs and event-driven solutions with Kafka
• Create responsive user interfaces using Angular or React
• Contribute to application design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments
• Work with business, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams in an Agile environment
• Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers
• Contribute hands-on development and technical leadership to BFSI transformation programs
