Our Albertville store delivers an exceptional customer experience and operates across retail, online, and mobile channels. Responsibilities The Store Manager drives store operations and cultivates a high-performance team: ensuring a consistent, hospitality-driven customer experience and leading talent development. Key Responsibilities Talent - Attract, develop and retain top talent: Support an environment that encourages high store morale Focus associates on teamwork and a "one team" mentality Coach, teach and recognize performance to promote professional growth Build succession plans for all roles Identify and nurture high-performance associates Develop store associates to achieve sales potential and customer experience goals Attract, recruit and hire store associates Customer and Associate Experience - Build a store environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences: Lead, model, teach and coach customer engagement per our philosophy Create a proactive customer engagement culture Show expert product knowledge and lead education of the team Provide leadership on product launches, visual presentation, signage, etc. Resolve customer complaints positively by determining root causes Drive loyalty and credit-card acquisition through an engaged team Create a positive in-store experience through visual standards Execution - Analyze business and execute clear action plans: Manage all aspects of daily store operations Ensure associates understand goals and action plans Create and execute clear action plans that optimize results Direct workload and ensure plan execution across the store Ensure adherence to Company Policies and safety of associates and customers Direct merchandise flow for shipment, replenishment, and omni-channel operations Optimize sales and operations opportunities and lead merchandising strategies Ensure effective scheduling of associates Manage controllable expenses and maintain loss prevention and safety standards Essential Qualifications 3–5 years of previous store management experience with responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability Proven network, recruitment, interview, training, development, and promotion of associates Will willingness to travel periodically for meetings Ability to move medium to large items up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Previous retail experience preferred Strong communication with customers, peers, and supervisors Demonstrated sales accountability Collaborative, respectful team member Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers or processes simultaneously Benefits & Compensation Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match Merchandise discount Paid Time Off Parental leave for new parents Pay Range $58,000 – $87,000 annually Equal Opportunity & Accommodations An equal‑opportunity employer, PHOENIX does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring or any terms of employment on the basis of any protected characteristic.
