We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk . The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain inventory data into our database system. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update inventory data into the warehouse management system (WMS) or other designated databases.
2. Verify the accuracy of inventory records by comparing them to physical counts of stock.
3. Perform regular audits of inventory data to identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
4. Assist with the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling items as needed.
5. Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure inventory data is up-to-date and accurate.
6. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics as required.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse workspace to facilitate efficient data entry operations.
8. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
9. Provide support for other warehouse activities as needed, such as picking, packing, and shipping orders.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory management processes.

Warehouse Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in data entry or warehouse operations preferred.
3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
9. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
10. Willingness to undergo training on warehouse procedures and systems.

11. Proficiency particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
