Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families.

  • Developing tailored treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress towards treatment goals.

  • Providing therapy to couples and families, facilitating discussions to resolve conflicts and improve interpersonal dynamics.

  • Addressing a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical issues, and adjustment challenges following separation or divorce.

  • Utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to deliver effective therapy sessions.

  • Documenting client progress thoroughly in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • Participating actively in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Your work will primarily focus on providing support to a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing behavioral and emotional challenges. Whether addressing conflicts between family members, navigating blended family dynamics, or supporting individuals through grief and loss, your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Current and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
