Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse with experience managing both low and high acuity patients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care across a 3x12-hour shift schedule, including weekend and on-call duties.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medications, treatments, and vital signs for ICU patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all clinical observations and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, including drug screening and lab completion deadlines.
• Participate in during orientation modules and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with in-hand verification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ ICU experience managing acuity patients.
• Proven ability to work 3x12-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities every 6 weeks.
• Knowledge of Altera charting platform preferred but not required.
• Be able to pass mandatory drug screening, including marijuana testing.
• Willingness to adhere to travel compliance and local radius restrictions.
