Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Olympic View Post Acute | $38-$48/hr

Olympic View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role:

As an LVN at Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) , your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of our nursing team, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients

• Participating in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements:

• Current LVN licensure

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
