Furniture Delivery & Operations Associate Lucas Furniture & Mattress – Kokomo, IN Full-Time | $18–$20 per hour Lucas Furniture & Mattress is seeking a dependable and hardworking Furniture Delivery & Operations Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Receive and organize incoming furniture and mattress shipments. Prepare merchandise for delivery. Deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes. Assemble furniture as needed. Help maintain warehouse organization. Set up and update showroom displays. Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift and move furniture safely. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Strong customer service skills. Experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate. Benefits Competitive pay: $18–$20/hour.
