Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data.

• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans informed by assessment results, therapeutic goals, and client feedback.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practice and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Monitor client progress in therapy, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effectiveness and align with client goals.

• Lead and manage parent support groups, addressing relational dynamics related to children, including those impacted by prenatal exposure to substances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines to ensure appropriate care continuity.

• Stay current on developments in the mental health field and participate in ongoing training sessions offered by the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
