About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Manager:in with a background in marketing, design, or media to oversee and enhance our external communications and digital presence. This full-time position based in Lohne offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand image across various channels such as social media, website, print materials, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to professionalize our marketing efforts, leveraging modern tools and technologies to create a compelling and authentic external appearance. A significant aspect of this role involves learning and applying AI-driven workflows to automate content production, campaign management, and data analysis, thereby positioning our practice at the forefront of digital innovation in healthcare. You will have the freedom, budget, and support to develop strategies that resonate with our target audience and reflect our values and expertise.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, design, media, or related fields, gained through education, training, or substantial practical experience. A keen sense for visuals, language, and brand identity is essential. You should be comfortable working on a computer, experimenting with new tools, and integrating innovative solutions into your workflow. Experience with AI technologies is a plus, but a genuine enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital skills is required. Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to work are crucial. Medical experience is not necessary, as the focus is on marketing and IT competencies, aligning with agency-style content creation across various sectors.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Design - Your core responsibilities will include:

• Planning, creating, and managing content for Instagram and TikTok, including community engagement
• Executing Meta campaigns and Google Ads, either independently or in collaboration with our agency
• Maintaining and updating the website, creating landing pages, native ads, and display formats
• Producing and editing videos, including filming and cutting footage with our medical team
• Designing print materials, promotional items, job advertisements, and patient information brochures

KI & Automation - Your Strategic Leverage Points Include

• Developing AI workflows for content generation, campaign management, and performance analysis
• Learning and implementing agentic systems and automating repetitive organizational processes
• Gradually integrating these automation solutions into broader organizational workflows

Organization - Additional Responsibilities Involve

• Managing our appointment booking system, Doctolib
• Serving as the primary contact for IT service providers and software tools
• Handling communication channels such as WhatsApp Business, external correspondence, and project-specific tasks
