Program Manager | Leading Infrastructure & Engineering Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to support large-scale engineering, construction, and infrastructure initiatives for a global technology-focused organization. If you have a strong background leading complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects from planning through execution, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on high-visibility projects.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and coordinate multiple programs and projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates
• Partner closely with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and leadership teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive-level reporting
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure financial alignment
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Support vendor management, contract administration, and change management processes
• Drive process improvements and establish best practices for project execution and governance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, construction, or operational projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI or PMP Certification
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies
• Experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence initiatives

Pay: $90 – $95/hour.
