Local Contract Certified Surgical Technologist - $27-37 per hour

Job Overview Contract Certified Surgical Technologist position based in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities & Requirements Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, rotating Employment Type: Local Contract 1+ year of OR tech experience required; must have endovascular experience in a vascular hybrid room performing wire procedures. Competent to lead in Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Burn, and Vascular Surgery. Two years prior experience in a similar size facility with similar services is required. Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT). Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from NBSTSA or Tech in Surgery (TS‑C) from NCCT required upon hire. Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Shift Details General OR (Tech 3) mixed schedule (rotating weekends) 40‑hour work week. On‑call requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of facility. Compensation Rate: $27‑$37 per hour (up to max with 17+ years of experience). Shift differentials: $3 for nights, $3 for weekends.
