Maintenance Technician Full Time Manual Labor Grand Rapids, MI, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1178 Salary Range: $16.50 To $17.50 Hourly Legacy is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support a 180-unit property located in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. As the Maintenance Technician, this position is responsible for completing and tracking residential work orders in a timely and accurate manner and for performing maintenance and repairs. This position is responsible for unit turns (tear down and maintenance repair of vacant units) and maintaining property grounds (clean up and trash removal) including mechanical and manual snow removal and requires the ability to work on-call, emergencies, weekends, holidays, and extended hours outdoors in different weather conditions. Providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work independently is necessary to be successful.
