Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Duties:
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide nursing care to patients in accordance with physician's orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
