Job Title

Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Night Shift

Location

Boston, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | Expected 36 or 48 hours/week | Every other weekend and holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity emergency department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and regulatory standards during night shift operations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of Level 1 emergency department experience required
• Availability to work nights, every other weekend, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, Level 1 trauma center environment
• Strong critical thinking and rapid clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced and dynamic care environments
