Full-Time Youth Outreach & Case Manager (Bilingual)

Responsibilities include creating community partnerships, maintaining outreach documentation, and facilitating client engagement workshops. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or HSD/GED, experience with vulnerable youth, and excellent communication skills.
