Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant
• Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them
• Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities
• Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve departments
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future

Qualifications

• Must be an HU graduate and have McDonald’s experience
• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations
• A background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, frequent bending, twisting, and lifting

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary up to $50,000, health insurance benefits, bonus program, and paid time off are offered to qualified candidates.
