Screen-PrinterResponsibilities:Have experience with printInspect for pinholes on every first printPrint consistent, high-quality productsAchieve and maintain low error rateAchieve and maintain high output rateContinually inspect products for factory defects and other in-house errorsMaintain active work status while on-duty:Clean work areas when not busySeek to assist others in completion of dutiesRequest other tasks or cross-training from managersCarefully read order paperwork with attention to detailCommunicate clearly with other workers (catcher) about paperworkListen and respond to other workers to accomplish high-quality work product (teamwork, collaboration, respect)Learn product styles and colorsLearn and understand the end-to-end order production processMaintain a clean work areaOther duties as assignedExpected Outcomes:Ability to visually and verbally identify product styles and colorsContinual improvement of quality and/or quantity of workLow error rate as determined by supervisorHigh output rate as determined by supervisorAbility to competently fill various positions within print shop / warehouseMeasuring Performance:Need to calculate an average production rate per hour and then assess an individual's performance based on that average. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 - 18 years old.
