Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: On-site
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, and a courteous demeanor. Your role is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assisting walk-in customers with orders and inquiries.
- Accurately taking and processing orders using our computer system.
- Preparing and assembling menu items as needed.
- Supporting store operations with various tasks and duties as required.
