Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician
Our Facility is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne. Position highlights include a 100% outpatient primary care hospital employed position, joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers. In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care, supportive, collaborative physician and hospital leadership structure, and evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice. Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base and access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare system. Robust onboarding and outreach support with strong clinical staff. Open to new graduates. Full-time employment (no locums). Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training.
