Now Hiring Intake Specialist Location: Hot Springs, AR Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift Job Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; healthcare or medical office experience preferred Previous intake, customer service, medical office, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Knowledge of insurance verification and medical documentation is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude Job Duties Serve as the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, and healthcare providers Receive and process referrals accurately and efficiently Verify insurance eligibility and coverage information Obtain and review required documentation to ensure complete and accurate orders Communicate with patients, providers, and referral sources to resolve missing information or discrepancies Enter and maintain accurate patient and referral information in company systems Ensure referrals are processed in a timely manner to support prompt order fulfillment Provide professional customer service while answering questions and addressing concerns Maintain organized records and comply with company policies and confidentiality standards Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
