Parsons Behle & Latimer has an immediate opening for a part-time Office Services | Hospitality Clerk in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. This is an in-office position averaging 20–30 hours per week. Ideally, the successful candidate will be available to work at least a few hours each day, Monday through Friday, providing consistent coverage throughout the week. The minimum hourly rate is negotiable, commensurate with experience, starting at $18.00 an hour.

The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively within a team. They have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to providing outstanding service—including the willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of others—are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Copying, scanning, and printing
• Mail receipt and distribution
• Re-stocking supplies as needed
• Internal and external deliveries and pickups
• Hospitality responsibilities
• Messenger tasks
• Back-up Receptionist, when needed
• Positive, professional attitude
• People-oriented and self-motivated
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license 
• 2+ years general office administration or coordination experience, law office experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and employees within the firm
• High level of professionalism and friendly demeanor
• Punctuality is required
