Data Process Optimization Consultant (Remote)

Job Description

An employer in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Remote Data Process Optimization Consultant to join their Land Acquisition team. This person will evaluate current data system process and document system enhancements for more streamlined connections and opportunities for automation. This is a critical role for an expert who can transition a manual, spreadsheet-heavy environment into a streamlined, automated ecosystem.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, GIS, or a related field.

• Location: Must reside in the United States for compliance and stakeholder alignment.

• Technical Skill: Proven mastery of ArcGIS, Google Workspace automation (AppScript/Zapier), and CLM systems.

• Consultative Approach: Experience acting as an external advisor who can present "big picture" roadmaps to executive teams. - Experience with land or real estate contract management
