Retail Lead

Sedona Crystal Vortex is looking for a Retail Lead to help run the floor at one of our three Sedona locations. You're the person who keeps the shift moving—directing the team, holding the standard, and stepping into problems before the Manager has to. If you've led a retail floor before and want more ownership without leaving the floor, this is the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run daily floor operations: task assignment, pacing, and team readiness throughout the shift Lead by example in every customer interaction—place customers first over all other store activity Prioritize the team's work around peak traffic periods; adjust on the fly as the floor demands it Help train and guide associates through daily tasks and store standards Step in to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Maintain visual and operational standards across the full store throughout every shift Partner with the Store Manager on store needs, staffing, and customer concerns Assist with troubleshooting POS, technology, or systems issues as they come up

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1+ year in retail with some experience directing others on a floor—shift lead, key holder, or senior associate Strong customer instincts: you lead by example, not by exception Clear communicator—comfortable setting expectations with peers and following up on them Able to reset priorities quickly when the floor changes; you don't need to be told twice Reliable and consistent—the team counts on you to show up ready Weekend availability required; this is a high-traffic tourist destination Reliable transportation to Sedona — not on a public transit route Interest in crystals, minerals, or wellness retail is a genuine advantage
