We are seeking a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist specializing in hematology.

Schedule:
\n Rotating schedule, primarily day shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-complexity hematology testing
\n
• Ensure quality control and compliance standards
\n
• Support laboratory workflow and troubleshooting
\n
• Assist with training and mentorship of staff
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree required
\n
• ASCP certification required
\n
• Hematology experience required
\n
• Minimum 3 years laboratory experience required
